We appreciate your need to maintain your documentation in accordance with a certain specification. This is something to which we are totally accustomed and in the past we have worked with:

• iSpec2200
• Simplified English with American (Websters) spelling and usage as defined by those specifications.

Of course you may be working with a completely different specification. However, that is not a problem. Provided that you can give us a copy of the specification, we can work to it.
